Send Officer

The successful candidate is expected to a strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and statutory safeguarding guidance. The SEND Officer will manage a caseload of EHCPs or high needs SEND Support plans, including those undergoing statutory assessments. The SEND Officer will also line manage our Bridge provision and ELSA assistants, as well as contributing to the CPD offer for staff as appropriate.

As part of a growing multi-academy trust, the successful candidate will be well supported and have access to a range of high quality professional development through the Outwood Institute of Education.
