As part of Excalibur Academies Trust, we benefit from shared expertise and strong governance, whilst maintaining our own unique identity, values and deep community focus.The RoleWe are looking for a caring, responsible and reliable Midday Supervisor to join our school team and support pupils during their lunchtime and midday break.Hours: 12pm - 1:15pm Mon-Fri Term Time OnlyThe successful candidate will be responsible for supervising pupils who have an earlier lunch, helping to ensure that they are safe, well cared for and supported throughout this period.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise pupils during their lunchtime and midday break.Promote positive behaviour and ensure pupils follow school expectations.Monitor pupils to ensure their safety and general welfare.Help create a calm, safe and positive environment for pupils.Report any concerns relating to pupil welfare, behaviour or safety to the appropriate member of staff.Please see the attached Job Description for full details of the responsibilities and expectations of this role.Please contact the school if you would like to arrange a visit enquiries@cabot.excalibur.org.ukPlease check the Person Specification for the qualifications that are listed as Essential for this role.
