The ideal candidate will have:

• Undergraduate degree
• Experience of teaching in an educational setting
• Knowledge and understanding of providing effectively for the individual needs of all pupils
• Evidence of continuous INSET and commitment to further professional development
• Knowledge and understanding of the monitoring, assessment, recording and reporting of pupils’ progress
