About you

  • You hold a recognised ECE or Primary teaching qualification and current NZ registration.
  • Warm communication style and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • A proactive spirit and integrity.
  • Te Whāriki guides your daily practice and inspires fresh ideas.
  • Digital confidence and the ability to pick up new systems with ease.

The mahi

  • Draw on Te Whāriki as your base to plan and guide educational and developmental journeys.
  • Capturing and sharing high-quality assessments so every child's unique progress can be celebrated.
  • Create a supportive, equitable atmosphere where a sense of belonging is prioritised.
  • Work collaboratively to build positive relationships across the team.
  • Maintain a beautiful, safe environment where the physical care and wellbeing is upheld.
