Qualified Kaiako - Under 2

With a recent promotion we are now seeking a qualified kaiako to join our under 2 room.

The centre provides a warm, safe and friendly environment. We cater to the individual and age appropriate learning needs of the children, along with spacious outside play areas.

We have strong relationships with our families and community and strive to provide excellent education and care for our tamariki. Our team of experienced, caring teachers work closely together to grow and develop our children. Teachers are supported by a strong curriculum, designed by our pedagogical lead.

You will have a passion for the outdoor environment as our all-weather centre also has farm animals.

You will also:

• Bring enthusiasm, experience and passion for ECE demonstrated by your commitment and practice
• Be professional, adaptable and have open and honest communication
• Have the ability to use your initiative and make sound professional, informed decisions
• Have a growth mindset, focused on solutions
• Have some knowledge of ECE regulations and compliance
• Have strong verbal and written communication
• Have a good sound knowledge of program planning and self-review
• Be heart centered with a passion for respectful, peaceful practice
