OneSchool Global Blenheim has an opening for a new campus principal. We are seeking a strong educational leader with a background in either primary or secondary, leading our Y3-13 campus. This is a pivotal leadership role within our organisation, driving strong academic outcomes and building a high-performing culture.
This role starts Mid Term 2 or ASAP.

About the role
Build strong relationships with students, staff, families, and the wider community, providing professional and instructional leadership.
This is a non-teaching role.
Oversee campus operations, setting and managing budgets.
Ensure compliance with school policies and NZ curriculum requirements.
Create an environment where both students and staff can thrive.
Maintain a strong focus on student achievement, engagement, and wellbeing, underpinning all aspects of your leadership.
About you
Confident, values-driven educational leader who thrives in a small-school environment while leveraging the strength of a large global network.
You bring recent experience as a Principal, Deputy Principal, or Assistant Principal within a New Zealand school, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lift academic outcomes, support student wellbeing, and cultivate a positive school culture.
You are passionate about innovative education and committed to continuous improvement, with a growth mindset and openness to feedback.
