This role will lead our dedicated responsive intervention space, our ‘ReDirect room’, and support students who experience a period of disengagement in learning. Through nurturing support and identification of barriers to participation they ensure that students return to their lessons successfully. The role involves leading on planning, monitoring and evaluating interventions to ensure effective outcomes and consistent communication across teams. As a visible presence around the school, they build strong, supportive relationships, model the school’s values and contribute to a calm, inclusive and aspirational environment.
