Learning Support Coordinator (SENCO)

We are seeking an exceptional learning support coordinator (LSC) to join our collaborative, values-centred team in 2026. This is a 0.4 position, working closely with teachers, support staff, whānau, and external agencies to ensure every learner receives the support they need to thrive.

Visits encouraged.

• has a deep understanding of inclusive education and learning support systems
• communicates clearly, professionally, and with empathy

• brings a growth mindset, a collaborative approach, and a passion for equitable outcomes
• is proactive, solutions-focused, and committed to doing what’s best for students.

The successful candidate will be an experienced, registered teacher with a current teaching practice certificate, relevant teaching qualification and experience working with students with additional needs.
