About This Role
The Learning Support Department is dedicated to addressing and advancing the needs of individuals with learning difficulties and/or disabilities who may need extra assistance to engage fully with the broader curriculum. Our goal is to empower students to take charge of their studies and develop into independent learners, in accordance with the SEND Code of Practice. The Learning Support team fosters a positive and secure environment for some of the school’s most vulnerable children. You will collaborate with a highly skilled, dedicated, and enthusiastic team under the guidance of the school's Special Needs Co-ordinator. The position involves working 30 hours per week during term time, from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
