About This Role
We are seeking a qualified Middle School Math Teacher, preferably already based in China. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the British curriculum and possess strong classroom management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and deliver engaging math lessons following the British curriculum
2. Teach mathematics to middle school students
3. Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
4. Assess and monitor student progress regularly
5. Serve as homeroom teacher, providing pastoral care
6. Support students with varying learning needs
7. Maintain regular communication with parents
8. Collaborate with math department colleagues
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Math or Education with teaching certification (PGCE/PGDE)
2.2+ years middle school teaching experience in international schools
3. Solid experience with British curriculum
4. Excellent classroom management skills
5. Ability to create positive learning environments
6. Strong organizational and communication skills
7. Passion for teaching and continuous development
