The Inclusion Teacher will play a crucial role in supporting Students of Determination (SEND) and gifted learners, ensuring they receive customized interventions that facilitate their access and progression within the British curriculum, aligned with the GEMS School of Research and Innovation’s commitment to inclusive, research-driven, and future-oriented education. This position entails the implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), differentiated instructional strategies, and both in-class and pull-out interventions to cater to a variety of learning needs. With access to specialized resources, assistive technologies, and industry partnerships, the Inclusion Teacher will collaborate closely with classroom educators, counselors, and the leadership team to promote an inclusive learning atmosphere. The role may also involve assisting with staff training and working alongside external specialists. Additionally, the Inclusion Teacher will engage with parents and external experts to provide comprehensive support, ensuring equitable and meaningful educational experiences for all students.
