Starting August 2026, you will join a dynamic international school community, supporting
students as they explore global systems, human behaviour, and the ways knowledge is
constructed across disciplines. Your teaching will help learners think critically, question
assumptions, and understand the world through multiple lenses.
In this role, you will contribute to fostering international-mindedness, intercultural

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Geography, Humanities, Social Studies, or a related field.
Experience teaching within the IB MYP and/or DP framework is obligatory.
Familiarity with IB assessment practices, including MYP criteria-based assessment and DP Geography Internal Assessment requirements, is highly desirable.
Solid understanding of inquiry‑based, student‑centred pedagogy.
Native‑level proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in an international school environment is considered an asset.
Experience or training in teaching Theory of Knowledge (TOK), is an advantage.
Commitment to ongoing professional learning, including IB professional development.
What You Will Do
Teach engaging, concept‑driven Geography lessons that help students understand global patterns, human interactions, and environmental challenges.
Design and deliver inquiry-based units aligned with MYP Global Contexts and DP curriculum requirements.
Support students with DP Geography Internal Assessments and TOK assessments through clear guidance and feedback.
Lead TOK classes that inspire students to reflect on how knowledge is created, evaluated, and shared.
Integrate digital tools, case studies, and current global issues to enrich learning.
Create a supportive classroom environment where students feel confident expressing ideas and debating perspectives.
Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners, including multilingual students.
Collaborate with colleagues to refine curriculum, align assessments, and support whole‑school learning goals.
Contribute to vertical alignment between MYP and DP Geography and interdisciplinary collaboration, particularly with TOK and Individuals & Societies teams.
Participate in ongoing professional development to strengthen your IB practice and subject expertise.
Uphold safeguarding responsibilities and actively support student wellbeing and pastoral care.
