About This Role
What we are looking for
A qualified teacher with QTS, NPQH and substantial experience of successful teaching and senior leadership in schools.
A strong understanding of how children learn and how to secure high-quality teaching, learning and assessment.
Experience of school self-evaluation, development planning, curriculum leadership and using evidence and data to improve outcomes.
Strong knowledge of safeguarding, inclusion, SEND, pupil wellbeing and the wider statutory responsibilities of school leadership.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work positively with pupils, staff, families, governance and external partners.
The ability to set high expectations while creating a nurturing, respectful and inclusive environment.
A commitment to reflective leadership, continuous improvement and the professional development of others.
Sound organisational and resource-management skills, together with resilience, integrity and fairness.
A commitment to uphold the school's Christian ethos and values throughout the school and wider community.
