Candidates must:

• Hold a BEd or Bachelor’s degree with PGCE / PGDE or an equivalent qualification
• Have proven experience teaching Business and Economics at KS4/KS5 or equivalent

• Demonstrate creativity and enthusiasm in their teaching methods
