The role

We are looking for a teacher who will:

  • Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons aligned to the English National Curriculum and Early Learning Goals

  • Create a positive, inclusive classroom culture where all pupils can thrive

  • Use assessment effectively to plan, adapt teaching and secure strong progress

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, phase leaders and SLT

  • Contribute to wider school life through enrichment, events and pastoral support

Salary and benefits

Essential requirements

  • A recognised teaching qualification (QTS/PGCE or equivalent)

  • Recent experience teaching in UK based EYFS

  • Strong subject knowledge, especially of UK EYFS pedagogy

  • Excellent classroom practice and behaviour management

  • A commitment to safeguarding and child protection

Desirable

  • Experience in an international school setting

  • Experience with EAL learners

  • Subject leadership experience or a strength in a particular curriculum area

Compensation

£35,000 - £55,000 (Tax-Free Equivalent)
