We are looking to appoint Exam Invigilators at Sewell Park Academy.

We are seeking reliable, calm and professional individuals to join our friendly team as Exam Invigilators. This is a rewarding opportunity to play an important role in supporting our students during key examination periods.

As an Exam Invigilator, you will help ensure that exams run smoothly and fairly, providing a quiet, safe and supportive environment where students can perform at their best.

What the role involves
  • Supervising students during examinations in accordance with examination board regulations

  • Distributing and collecting exam papers

  • Ensuring a calm and orderly exam environment

  • Responding appropriately to any issues that arise during exams

Full training will be provided, and no prior experience is required.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Applicants should be available to work during the busy GCSE period from mid-May to mid-June and may be called upon throughout the year when other exams take place, typically during November, February, and March. A casual contract means there are no fixed hours/weeks, however, normal working hours will be between 7.30am and 17:00pm. It may be necessary to work out of normal working hours.

Safeguarding is a priority for our school. The successful applicant will be subject to appropriate pre-employment checks, including an enhanced DBS check.
