About This Role
Yas School is currently seeking to recruit a high-performing Educational Psychologist to join our team in August 2026 or sooner.

At Yas School, we deliver the Ministry of Education (MOE) curriculum and have a special focus on inclusive education, enrichment and preparing future ready learners. Founded in 2015, we are the largest single-campus K-12 government school educating 1750+ girls and boys on our extensive campus.
We are seeking a proven practitioner, with expertise in UK or US curricula, and ideally experience with the UAE Ministry of Education (MOE) curriculum.
The successful candidate should:
• Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology or Doctoral Degree in Educational Psychology
• Licensed or eligible to be licensed as a psychologist in the UAE
• Proficiency in English (demonstrated by a minimum IELTS score of 6 or equivalent).
• Proficiency in Arabic is a requirement.
• 4+ years’ experience as an Educational Psychologist, preferably in an educational setting
