Every role is essential to our flow, from our kitchen providing nutritious meals to the mahi in our rooms inspired by Reggio Emilia and Pikler philosophies. We work together to support free movement and independence, empowering our older tamariki to even help with kai preparation.
 

About you

• A recognised ECE or primary teaching qualification and current New Zealand teacher registration.
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, approachable nature that makes people feel truly at home.
• The initiative to continually look for improvements and the integrity to act in ways that are fair and ethical.
• A deep commitment to Te Whāriki and an interest in experimenting and innovating with core philosophies.
• Confidence using the digital tools that help us document learning and stay connected with our community.
