Director of PE for Whole School

We are seeking a dedicated Director of Physical Education for our Whole School Health and Physical Education Department. This Head of Department role will lead the PE program across all year levels with a focus on the IB DP curriculum at the High/Secondary School stage. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting physical health, wellbeing, and active lifestyles among our diverse student body.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science or related field (minimum requirement)
- At least 2 years’ experience teaching or leading PE programs, preferably within an IB DP context
- Strong knowledge of Health and Physical Education curriculum design and assessment
- Leadership skills with experience managing teams or departments
- Excellent communication skills to engage students, staff, parents, and external partners
- Ability to develop innovative programs that encourage participation and promote lifelong fitness habits
