At GEMS, teaching is not just a job—it’s a career. Our teachers benefit from free access to leading CPD programmes and have the opportunity to grow with the company on a global scale. With most of our school leaders progressing from within the GEMS network, our teachers are uniquely positioned to explore leadership opportunities worldwide as GEMS continues to expand.

As well as being a great place to work, Dubai is a vibrant, cosmopolitan, and rapidly developing city where the sun shines all year round. Teachers here enjoy an exciting lifestyle, with endless opportunities for leisure, adventure, and travel across the region and beyond.

We will be British Schools Overseas (BSO) accredited by the end of this academic year, enabling us to offer NQT, ECF, QTS, and iPGCE programmes to our teachers through the TES Institute. GEMS Metropole Al-Waha is truly unique, offering every staff member the opportunity to make a lasting impact. In line with our school vision, you will have the opportunity to lead, nurture, and succeed in a sustainable and inclusive community.
