Classroom Teacher - KS2

The successful candidate will: 

• Be an excellent classroom practitioner with evidence of improving outcomes particularly for those pupils who are most vulnerable  

• Have experience and a secure knowledge of the National Curriculum and Pedagogy

• Have evidence of the effective use of assessment and analysis in raising standards 

• Be able to work effectively with teaching assistants and other colleagues to maximise pupil outcomes

• Have a commitment to work with others to carry the Trust’s vision forward 

• Have a commitment to supporting & developing the learning of SEND learners 

• Support the Principal in delivering the trust priorities as outlined in the Trusts Strategic Plan
