Is an excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations for all pupils
Has a strong track record of securing pupil progress and outcomes
Understands how to meet the needs of vulnerable pupils and those with SEND
Uses reflective, evidence-informed practice
Builds positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
Is adaptable, enthusiastic and committed to continuous improvement
Contributes positively to a collaborative team
