Centre Manager (Contract)

Chrysalis Group is seeking an experienced and values-driven centre manager for a 6-months fixed-term contract (secondment position) to lead one of our early childhood centres in Tauranga.

This is a leadership role suited to someone who enjoys building strong teams, fostering positive relationships with whānau, and ensuring high-quality education and care in line with ERO and licensing requirements.
 
Key responsibilities include:
 

• Leading and supporting a team of passionate kaiako
• Overseeing day-to-day centre operations and compliance 
• Creating a warm, inclusive, and well-run learning environment
• Working collaboratively with the wider Chrysalis Group leadership

 
You will bring:

• Proven experience in ECE leadership or centre management
• Strong people, communication, and organisational skills
• Sound knowledge of ECE regulations and best practice
• A calm, professional, and solutions-focused approach
