Provide the necessary curriculum, showcasing thorough and current knowledge of both the curriculum and subject content.
Design and implement engaging lessons that inspire students. Develop and use suitable materials and classroom settings to accommodate diverse learning preferences.
Be prepared to show written evidence of lesson planning and preparation upon request. Keep accurate records of curriculum and yearly plans, student attendance, teaching resources, assessment strategies, and more.
Evaluate, document, and communicate the academic growth, progress, and achievements of students, utilizing assessments to tailor the curriculum to meet each student's unique needs.
Encourage the overall development and welfare of students while offering advice on educational topics.
Skills
- A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience is required, with a preference for candidates with UAE experience.
- Experience with the CBSE curriculum is an advantage.
- Proficiency in IT and strong interpersonal communication skills are essential.
