About This Role

Garden House School is on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to become a part of our Early Years team. This is an excellent chance to work in a nurturing and supportive setting, helping our youngest students embark on their educational journey.

We seek an individual who is enthusiastic about early childhood development and is committed to facilitating high-quality teaching and learning within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the class teacher to enhance children’s learning, development, and wellbeing.
  • Work with individuals and small groups.
  • Assist with routines and transitions.
  • Contribute to the creation of an engaging and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Qualifications

Candidates should ideally possess a minimum Level 3 CACHE Diploma (or an equivalent qualification) in Early Years/Childcare, along with experience in an EYFS environment.

Availability

We are considering applicants who are available for full-time work starting in the new academic year in September 2026.
