About This Role

Milton Keynes College is seeking an innovative and industry-experienced professional to join our Games, Animation & VFX team. This is a full-time opportunity that can be appointed at either Lecturer or Course Team Leader level, depending on your skills, experience and leadership background.

Whether you are an experienced lecturer looking to inspire the next generation of creative talent, or an established curriculum leader ready to take ownership of a programme area, this role offers the opportunity to shape and develop provision across Levels 2 and 3 Games, Animation & VFX.

You will deliver engaging, industry-focused teaching that develops learners' technical, creative and professional skills, supporting progression into higher education, apprenticeships and careers within the creative industries.

As a Course Team Leader, you will take overall responsibility for the programme, leading curriculum development, monitoring student progress, driving quality improvement and acting as the primary point of contact for learners. You will also provide leadership and support to colleagues within the curriculum area.

As a Lecturer, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding teaching and supporting student achievement, working closely with the Course Team Leader to provide an excellent learner experience and contribute to the continued development of the curriculum.

We're looking for someone with industry expertise in Games Design, Animation, VFX, Creative Media or related digital technologies, alongside experience of teaching or training learners and a passion for helping students succeed.
