About This Role
Experience of delivering high quality technical support in specified or related curriculum area
Experience of identifying training needs to support learning
Ability to give clear instructions to students on the safe use of equipment/materials
Experience of managing a team of technicians/staff
Good communication skills- written and verbal
Ability to work well with a range of people and be able to respond to the needs of individuals
Experience of working with young people and/or adults
Level 2 English and Maths Qualification or Equivalent
Qualification in specified or relevant curriculum area
Knowledge of relevant industrial/sector standards
An awareness of Health and Safety issues and experience of conducting work in accordance with college requirements
