About the Role: As a Secondary Learning Support Teacher, you will be instrumental in ensuring that every student can engage with their learning, excel academically, and build confidence in their capabilities. You will design and deliver high-quality support sessions tailored to diverse needs, employing varied teaching methods to enhance engagement and progress. Collaborating closely with class teachers, you will adapt lessons, set achievable goals, and contribute to meaningful assessments and reports. By exemplifying excellent classroom practices and upholding high expectations, you will help foster a positive, inclusive, and well-organized learning environment. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring the effectiveness of interventions, utilizing data to guide instruction, and actively participating in the wider life of the school, including staff development, pastoral duties, and extracurricular activities.
