About This Role
International School Riffa Views International School, located in Bahrain, is an esteemed institution committed to providing outstanding international education. We are currently looking for a dedicated Islamic Teacher to join our team and contribute significantly to the academic and personal growth of our High/Secondary School students. This role involves delivering Islamic studies across the school in accordance with the IB Diploma Programme (IB DP) curriculum.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver dynamic and comprehensive Islamic studies lessons that align with the IB DP curriculum.
- Foster an inclusive learning environment that encourages critical thinking and respect for diverse perspectives.
- Support the spiritual, moral, and ethical development of students in line with the school's values.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to integrate interdisciplinary themes where relevant.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Islamic Studies or a related area is essential.
- A minimum of 4 years of teaching experience, preferably within an international or IB setting.
- In-depth knowledge of the IB Diploma Programme framework related to religious education.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with secondary school students.
- Ability to develop lesson plans that cater to various learning styles and abilities.
