About the Cambridge Programme
The Vinschool Advanced (Cambridge) Programme offers a comprehensive bilingual education that aligns with the Vinschool Education System, the Vietnamese national curriculum, and the Cambridge International Programmes.
Position Overview
We are currently seeking passionate, qualified, and certified primary educators to become part of our international teaching team for the academic year 2026–27. The successful candidates will teach students in the Cambridge Primary Programme, following the appropriate Cambridge International Curriculum Framework. Preferred candidates will have the required qualifications and experience, showcasing a strong commitment to supporting students in both their academic and extracurricular activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach subjects including Mathematics, English, Global Perspectives, and the Cumulating Project, in line with Cambridge International Curriculum requirements, with a maximum teaching load of 20 hours per week.
- Develop curriculum, lesson plans, and instructional materials for classroom engagement and activities, while managing information on the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Adapt teaching methods, learning strategies, and instructional resources to meet the varied needs and interests of students.
- Conduct student assessments, monitor academic progress, and provide constructive feedback.
- Establish classroom expectations, observe and evaluate student performance, behavior, social development, and health.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, or guardians to discuss student progress and address any behavioral or academic concerns.
- Design and implement remedial programs for students requiring additional assistance.
- Attend faculty meetings, partake in professional development opportunities, and participate in school events.
- Organize and engage in extracurricular activities, including clubs and academic competitions.
- Carry out various professional responsibilities as designated by the Principal or Director.
Qualifications & Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with preference given to candidates with a Bachelor in Early Childhood Education.
- A Professional Teaching qualification/license/certification as applicable.
- Candidates with a Master’s degree will be given preferential consideration.
- A minimum of 2 years of professional teaching experience (post-qualification) in a formal school environment.
- Familiarity with the Cambridge International Curriculum is preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in English, with at least a C1 fluency level.
