GEMS Royal Dubai School is a lively, prestigious British institution (currently serving students from FS1 to Year 7), with plans to expand to Year 8 in September 2025 and continue growing up to Year 13. As a result of our growth, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic UK-trained science teacher to join our team in September 2025. Job Purpose:
The role involves teaching across Key Stage 3 (with plans to expand into Key Stage 4 and 5) as a subject specialist, ensuring an exceptional, holistic, and engaging experience for our students that leads to outstanding academic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Committing to the pursuit of excellence for all students.
- Demonstrating robust subject knowledge across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5 of the NCfE.
- Providing consistently outstanding teaching and learning experiences, while collaborating and sharing best practices.
- Utilizing student data to enhance progress and tailor learning to individual needs.
- Maintaining a High-Performance Mindset, being both reflective and solution-oriented.
- Approaching teaching with creativity and enthusiasm.
- Being dedicated to the safeguarding and personal and social development of students.
- Working effectively with colleagues, students, and parents, employing excellent interpersonal skills.

- Actively participating in our school community and culture through engagement in extracurricular activities and community events.
- Pursuing your own professional development as an educator.
- Performing any other reasonable duties as assigned by the CEO and Principal.

Skills:
- A bachelor's degree in Science or a related field is required.
- A PGCE and QTS certification are essential.
- Strong subject knowledge across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5 of the NCfE is necessary.
