We are currently seeking passionate, thoughtful, and dedicated educators to join our team and support our youngest learners in their academic, social, and emotional development within an inquiry-driven, bilingual environment. As the Spanish Primary Lead Teacher for the 2026-2027 School Year, you will alternate teaching two primary classes in collaboration with an English language Lead Teacher. By joining our dynamic educational community, you will play a crucial role in shaping the learning experiences of our students, focusing on both academic achievement and social-emotional well-being. Key Responsibilities Create and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that connect classroom learning to real-life situations, promoting enthusiasm and academic excellence in line with IB and state standards. Adapt instruction using a range of developmentally appropriate teaching and assessment strategies to meet the diverse needs of all students. Support and foster the academic, emotional, and social development of students. Maintain high expectations for student behavior to establish a positive and productive classroom environment. Utilize technology effectively to enhance the learning experiences of students. Build a strong sense of community by actively engaging with students, colleagues, and families. Collaborate effectively with fellow educators, school leadership, and staff. Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Participate in curriculum development, team planning, and faculty meetings. Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
