You will cultivate a positive learning environment, set high expectations, and employ both formative and summative assessments to track student progress. You will also participate in whole-school initiatives, collaborate with colleagues, and uphold the highest standards of safeguarding. Who We Are Looking For:
• You are a passionate and committed educator with a Bachelor’s degree and QTS (or equivalent international qualification).
• You have substantial primary teaching experience and demonstrate the resilience and adaptability required to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving school environment.
• You are proactive and capable of working both independently and collaboratively, with strong communication skills and a growth-oriented mindset.
• Experience with EAL is preferred.
