Shenghua Zizhu Bilingual School is a private institution offering nine years of mandatory education, currently serving approximately 1,500 students with a staff of 185. Previously known as Zizhu Bilingual School, this establishment is affiliated with No. 2 High School of East China Normal University (ECNU) and is both funded and managed by Zizhu High-tech Park. The name "Shenghua" draws inspiration from two esteemed universities, St. John's University and ECNU. It is part of the ECNU Educational Organization. Presently, the school operates across two campuses: Zifenglu Campus and Tanjiatang Campus. By 2025, both campuses are set to move to the Lanxianghu (Lake) Base, with construction having commenced on October 18, 2023. The new facility will encompass a total floor area of 126,000 square meters and will involve an investment of over 1.8 billion yuan. The school combines bilingual inquiry-based learning with a curriculum that aligns with national education standards, offering students a variety of choices and promoting well-rounded development. Leveraging the strategic themes of "ecology, culture, and technology" inherent to Zizhu High-tech Park, the school is rapidly evolving its bilingual programs to cater to diverse student interests and needs, thereby fostering a dynamic learning community.
