Personal Development Manager - Level Up

Contract: Part-Time, Permanent (37 hours per week / 40 weeks per year)

Salary: Scale 5 SP 12 - 17

Start Date: ASAP

Felixstowe School is seeking a Personal Development Manager who is passionate about supporting some of our most vulnerable learners within our Behaviour Support Unit.

This role focuses on helping students re-engage with education, build positive relationships, and successfully reintegrate into mainstream learning.

Compensation

NJC 5 SP 12-17 (fte £28,598 - £31,022 / Actual £25,009 - £27,129 per annum)
