This permanent position involves teaching music within the Common Core framework at the secondary education level, with a focus on Middle School – Violin/Viola/Cello and High School – Percussion/Keyboard.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging music lessons that enhance students' musical skills and appreciation. You will lead band and choir groups, organize performances and school events, and collaborate with colleagues to enrich the overall educational experience.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Music or a related field (minimum requirement)
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in middle or high school settings
- A thorough understanding of music theory, performance, and history aligned with Common Core standards
- Ability to develop innovative lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
