SEN Class teacher

This role is ideal for a skilled practitioner with Qualified teacher Status (QTS) who:

• Has substantial experience of working with pupils with mild/severe learning difficulties or Autistic
Spectrum Condition.

• Understands communication needs, sensory regulation and personalised curriculum design
• Is passionate about embedding an “I can do” culture

• Wants to influence practice beyond their own classroom

• Thrives in collaborative, reflective and values driven environment

• Demonstrates consistently strong classroom practice

• Can be reflective, resilient and solutions focused

• Builds positive relationships with pupils, families and multi-agency professionals

• Contributes to whole school improvement and collaborative working
