Skills, Experience & Responsibilities:

- A Bachelor’s degree along with QTS and PGCE is required.
- For specialized roles, the Bachelor’s degree must be in a directly relevant field (e.g., an English teacher must hold an English-related degree).
- The ability to teach across KS3-5, including IB and A Level, is essential.
- A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience is preferred.
