Key responsibilities will include:

· Making a positive contribution to the school community while upholding our values of Safety, Respect, and Ambition.

· Planning for exemplary teaching and learning in line with the school’s Teaching and Learning Policy.

· Creating a positive and creative environment that fosters exceptional educational practices.

· Collaborating with colleagues on lesson planning to ensure all students receive the support they need to make good progress.

· Effectively utilizing assessment and feedback to encourage individual student improvement and overall achievement.

· Integrating digital tools and technologies into lessons to enhance learning experiences and facilitate progress.

· Maintaining comprehensive records and assessments that inform future steps and can be shared with parents to support student success.

· Applying a restorative approach to behavior management in accordance with the school’s Behaviour Policy.

· Keeping abreast of contemporary practices through the school's CPD schedule, ISP Learning Hub, and personal professional development opportunities.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate in their application or during the interview:

• At least 2 years of full-time teaching experience in the UK or at a British Curriculum school.

• A solid understanding of the National Curriculum for England and current assessment methodologies.

• Familiarity with data systems, student tracking, intervention, target setting, assessment, and reporting.

• A commitment to excellence in teaching and learning.

• A readiness to build strong partnerships with parents to enhance student success.

• The ability to collaborate on whole school initiatives and contribute to the school improvement process.
