We are looking to employ an exceptional RE practitioner who shares our values anddetermination to deliver an excellent, inclusive education to our young people, from Nursery toYear 13. As RE Lead you will be responsible for the secondary curriculum at Woodmansterne.
We are looking for an excellent RE practitioner or current RE Leader with:
- a proven track record in raising pupil attainment as KS4 and KS5;
- high aspirations and expectations of what can be achieved;
- an understanding of how children learn and the complexities of this process;
- the skills to work successfully as a team member establishing effective workingrelationships and flexible working practices;
- experience of working in unity and collaboration with colleagues, parents, pupils andthe school community;
- strong interpersonal skills and the drive and determination to inspire a team;
- the ability to lead on educational progress, achievement and enrichment experience (including trips, rewards and clubs);
- a measured, positive and inclusive approach to education;
- the ability to be kind, positive and committed to the school’s inclusive ethos;
- the ability to be flexible, calm, work under pressure and manage change effectively.
