The role requires that you:

• Have experience and a proven track record of leading, motivating and managing a team
• Have experience in coaching and/or mentoring
• Have excellent organisational and behaviour management skills
• Have the ability to communicate effectively with students, staff and parents
• Are committed, enthusiastic, determined and have attention to detail
• Are up to date with national curriculum requirements to ensure positive outcomes for our students
