In this position, you will support, observe, and document the academic progress of your class. You will plan lessons that align with both school and curriculum objectives, fostering a thriving culture of learning.
Your responsibilities will include developing curricula across a diverse array of subjects offered, ensuring you remain up-to-date with subject-specific knowledge and understanding in line with curriculum standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science/Education in Design & Construction or related fields
- At least 2 years of teaching experience or practice in the subject within the UK National Curriculum
- A valid UK Teaching Qualification (PGCE, QTS)
- Knowledge of Data Disaggregation, Analysis, and Differentiation for Students
- Current understanding of safeguarding protocols
- A demonstrated track record of effective teaching and achieving excellent results through high-quality instruction
- Ability to effectively use data to track and improve student progress
