About the Role:

Wrotham School is on the lookout for an outstanding Assistant Headteacher to oversee 6th Form & Inclusion, starting in September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and visionary leader to significantly impact the quality of education, student achievements, culture, and standards within the 6th Form.

The ideal candidate will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team and will play a key role in developing and implementing our vision for the 6th Form, fostering a high-performing and inclusive atmosphere for students to excel both academically and personally.

The successful applicant will exhibit a strong dedication to education, with demonstrated leadership experience in a post-16 environment and an extensive knowledge of the Key Stage 5 curriculum, assessment, and outcomes. They will have a proven history of achieving excellent post-16 results, as well as a thorough understanding of post-16 pathways and the latest developments in the curriculum, including A Levels, T Levels, vocational (V-Level) qualifications, and recent changes in post-16 education.
