FTE Salary | C1, SCP 12-17, £28,598 to £31,022 per annum, pro rata |
Actual Salary | £24,597 - £26,682, based on 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year |
Working Hours | Full Time, 37 per week |
We are looking for a dedicated individual who is
- Looking to provide support and guidance to students to achieve a good attendance record.
- An inspirational, caring practitioner who operates with integrity, warmth and a sense of humour.
- Looking to develop their career within a supportive team
- Able to monitor and report data using available tools to inform actions.
You will be:
- A highly motivated and hard-working individual
- Able to build positive relationship with families, parents and carers to achieve improvement
- Someone who will support the Trust's Christian ethos as well as our shared mission and values
