About You:
We are looking for an exceptional and innovative Second in Faculty – Art & Design Technology to help lead and develop a dynamic and creative department across all key stages.
This middle leadership position will report to the Head of Faculty and includes maintaining an active teaching role in Art and Design Technology while playing a crucial part in enhancing the quality of teaching, learning, and curriculum development.
We seek a teacher and aspiring leader who:
- Holds a relevant degree in Art, Design, or a related discipline, along with a PGCE (or equivalent) and QTS.
- Has a proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching in Art and/or Design Technology, resulting in positive outcomes for students.
- Demonstrates the ability to transition into middle leadership, supporting the strategic vision while exemplifying excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
