The ideal candidate will excel at creating well-organized lessons and providing personalized feedback in accordance with key policies, such as Teaching & Learning, feedback, and displays, ensuring that students feel secure, engaged, and challenged to achieve their best educational outcomes.

Key responsibilities will include:

· Contributing to a school culture rooted in our values of Safety, Respect, and Ambition

· Planning for exceptional teaching and learning in line with the school’s Teaching and Learning Policy

· Cultivating a positive and creative learning environment that promotes outstanding educational practices

· Collaborating with colleagues in planning to ensure all students have the opportunity to succeed and advance

· Effectively using assessment and feedback to enhance individual student progress and achievement

· Integrating digital tools and technologies into lessons to enrich learning opportunities and student development

· Maintaining accurate records and assessments of students to inform future steps and share with parents, thereby impacting student success

· Applying a restorative approach when addressing behavioral issues, in accordance with the school’s Behavior Policy

· Staying updated on current educational practices through the school's CPD schedule, ISP Learning Hub, and personal professional development opportunities

Applicants should showcase the following in their application or interview:

• A minimum of 2 years of full-time teaching experience in the UK or a British Curriculum school.

• A solid understanding of the National Curriculum for England and modern assessment practices

• Familiarity with data systems, student tracking, intervention, Target Setting, Assessment, Recording & Reporting

• A commitment to excellence in teaching and learning

• A willingness to build strong partnerships with parents to bolster student success

• Ability to collaborate and contribute to whole school initiatives and the school improvement process
