About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operational Safeguarding Lead to join our team and take daily operational primacy for safeguarding and child protection across the school. Reporting to the DSL, you will manage referrals and reporting, oversee online safety and filtering and monitoring systems, and take part in strategy discussions and inter-agency meetings. You will support the review and implementation of our safeguarding strategies, policies and procedures, advise and support staff on child welfare and safeguarding matters, and deputise for the DSL as needed, with other Trust DSLs on hand for advice and guidance.
