ABOUT THE COMMUNITY
Frontier Collegiate is a unique high school with dormitory accommodations, located in Cranberry Portage, Manitoba. The school offers a wide array of courses for students in Grades 9 through 12, catering to approximately 300 learners. Cranberry Portage is a charming community of around 1,000 people, situated 50 km south of Flin Flon, renowned for its “cottage country” appeal. Local amenities include a gas station, a health center with ambulance services, a community recreation center, an arena, and regular flights to Flin Flon and The Pas.

WHAT YOU BRING
• A Bachelor of Education Degree and a valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate (or eligibility to obtain one).
• A strong grasp of provincial curricula.
• Prior teaching experience.
• Competence in school-related technology.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Familiarity with Indigenous Way of Life (considered an asset).
• Experience in northern community settings (considered an asset).
