ROLE
We are seeking a Lower Secondary Science teacher who is enthusiastic about integrating STEM-related projects into their teaching approach.
Start date: August 2026.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
• A strong academic background in Science or a related field (Biology, Physics, Chemistry).
• Previous experience in educational settings.
• Proficient ICT skills, capable of delivering engaging and interactive practical lessons.
• Knowledge of the Cambridge International Curriculum for Lower Secondary and iGCSE.
• Excellent English communication skills, with a readiness to learn Portuguese (if not already fluent).
• The ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-curricular teaching framework.
• A proactive attitude and attentiveness to inspire and engage students.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• A commitment to effectively monitor the individual needs, progress, and development of students.
