Position: Full-time Subject Teacher

Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for dedicated educators in various disciplines such as Science, Mathematics, English, Humanities, Arts, and Physical Education. The ideal applicant will provide stimulating and differentiated instruction, create a supportive learning environment, and actively participate in the lively atmosphere of our school community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, prepare, and implement engaging lessons designed to cater to a diverse student demographic.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing consistent feedback to support their educational growth.
  • Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and well-organized classroom environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues on curriculum design and extracurricular activities.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  1. Mandatory Eligibility (for Chinese Work Permit):
    • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant field related to the subject being taught.
    • Teaching License: A valid national or state teaching credential/license is required.
    • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of full-time, post-licensure teaching experience in a K-12 educational setting.
    • Background Check: A criminal background check from your home country, authenticated by the Chinese Embassy or Consulate, is necessary.
  2. Professional Skills & Attributes:
    • A sincere passion for teaching and a strong dedication to student success.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-cultural abilities.
    • Flexibility, resilience, and a genuine interest in Chinese culture and lifestyle.
    • Innovative and skilled in leveraging technology to enhance the educational experience.
    • Preference will be given to candidates with the ability to teach multiple subjects.
